What is the routine?
AM
All children should arrive by 8am if they are taking the bus
8:15am: Bus leaves PEP to go to school
11:25am: Pickup at school. Come back to PEP and eat lunch
PM
11:30am eat lunch
12:20 pm: Depart to go to 4k
3:35 pm: Pickup from school
3:45-3:50pm: Arrive at PEP
What happens when my child is dropped off at school?
We wait until a 4k teacher comes to the bus and takes all the children into the building and then a teacher from Whitnall will walk all children to the bus. We have a bus schedule and we cannot leave the parking lot until every child is accounted for. It is extremely important to let us know if your child will not be at school for the day so that we do not hold the bus from going to the next school while trying to contact a parent.
Does billing change?
Part time billing is under 5 hours including transportation time. If you are utilizing both drop off and pick up, it is still a fulltime charge.
When looking at the Whitnall School District calendar, when it is noted that they have a ½ day, all 4k children do NOT attend for the day. If you are paying for a full day (over 5 hours) your child will attend PEP at no additional cost. If you are part-time, you can attend the full day for an additional $25. The same applies for Christmas and Spring Break.
If your child is part-time, please let us know if they will be here for a full day in the ProCare app.
